Help & guides.
Learn how to create, brand and share your digital catalog with Servonio.
Catalog questions and answers
Is Servonio only for restaurants?
No. Servonio is for businesses with products to showcase or sell: restaurants, cafés, cosmetics, accessories, furniture, handcrafted goods, retail shops, and more. Your workspace holds your own products and categories.
Do my customers need to download an app?
No. Customers open your menu or catalog in their phone’s browser using your QR code or shared link.
Can I change products and prices after sharing?
Yes. Update your catalog from your workspace. Your existing catalog link and QR code lead to the updated information, so you don’t need to share a new link for every change.
Can I use my own branding and languages?
Yes. Choose a catalog design and customize its colors and appearance. You can also publish translated product names and descriptions in the languages you enable for your workspace.
Can customers place orders?
Yes, when ordering is enabled for your workspace. Customers select products and send an order from the catalog. Your team can receive it and manage its progress. You can also use your catalog simply to showcase what you offer.
Are the brands shown real businesses?
Featured businesses are selected by the Servonio team and their logos open their published pages.
Does one subscription cover multiple workspaces?
Every plan, including the free trial, covers one workspace. The 14-day free trial is available once per account, for your first workspace only. The same official prices apply to every workspace: $11 monthly, $54 for 6 months, or $96 yearly. Each additional workspace needs its own subscription before creation. Eligible coupon codes can be applied at checkout, including coupons that cover the full price. New accounts must verify their email and choose a plan before managing their menu. The free trial starts when you activate it; no payment is needed to choose it.
What is your refund policy?
Subscription and Image Generation purchases are non-refundable. Paid subscriptions cannot be cancelled early and remain active for their full paid period. You can choose another plan for the same workspace after the current plan ends. FIB customers can stop future automatic renewal without losing their remaining paid access. Card purchases are one-time payments. The 14-day free trial remains available for your first workspace. Contact [email protected] about duplicate or incorrect charges, or a confirmed payment that did not activate your purchase.
