Terms of Use

1. About Servonio and these terms

Servonio provides digital menus, QR table access, restaurant ordering, customer accounts, and tools for businesses to manage branches, staff, content, and operational records. These terms apply to workspace owners, authorized staff, customers, and visitors using the service. Provisions about workspace management apply to business users; provisions about ordering and reviews apply when those features are offered by a restaurant.

Servonio supplies the software platform. The restaurant or other venue operating a workspace is responsible for its goods, food preparation, service, delivery, and dealings with customers. Registering an account requires an affirmative acceptance of the applicable terms. The Privacy Policy explains how service information is processed.

2. Accounts, workspaces, and team access

Provide accurate account and contact information, protect your credentials, and use only accounts and permissions assigned to you. Customer accounts are associated with the restaurant where they are created. A workspace account may have access to more than one business or branch.

New workspace-owner accounts require email verification and explicit plan activation before menu management. Registration is limited to two successful owner accounts per browser identifier in a rolling 24-hour period, with additional network and request limits. Sign-in attempts can be temporarily restricted to prevent abuse.

By creating a workspace, you confirm that you are authorized to act for that business. Owners are responsible for assigning appropriate access, removing access when staff leave, and reviewing team activity. Workspace URLs are generated automatically from the business name and may include a suffix for uniqueness. Renaming a business does not automatically change its existing public URL.

3. Menus, prices, and food information

The venue controls its menu, item availability, options, prices, currency, images, descriptions, and any nutrition or ingredient information it publishes. The venue is responsible for keeping these details accurate and for complying with requirements applicable to its business.

If you have an allergy, dietary restriction, or question about ingredients, preparation, or cross-contact, confirm the details directly with the restaurant before ordering. Menu text, translations, images, and AI-assisted content should not be treated as a guarantee that an item is suitable for a particular dietary or medical need.

4. Orders, delivery, and cancellation

Available ordering methods depend on the venue's settings. A table QR code can identify a dine-in service point; other flows may ask for a table number, customer contact details, or delivery address. Review the selected items, options, quantities, contact information, and location before submitting. Current delivery ordering requires a customer account.

Submitting an order does not guarantee restaurant acceptance, availability, a delivery time, or fulfillment. Order status reflects the restaurant's recorded workflow. The restaurant is responsible for preparing, serving, or delivering accepted orders and for resolving missing items, quality issues, delays, and refunds.

Where customer cancellation is offered, a pending order can be cancelled before restaurant approval. Orders that have been accepted or moved to a later stage cannot be cancelled through that customer control. Contact the restaurant to request changes or cancellation after approval. Closing a page or signing out does not cancel an order.

5. Restaurant payments and invoices

Restaurant order payments are handled by the restaurant. The current ordering workflow supports staff recording cash payments and completing invoices. An order confirmation, bill request, or displayed invoice is not itself evidence that an online payment has been collected.

Contact the restaurant about its payment methods, taxes, receipts, charges, or refunds. Restaurant purchases are separate from workspace subscriptions and prepaid Image Generations purchased from Servonio.

6. Workspace plans, trials, and AI credits

Workspace features, limits, plan pricing, and trial availability are governed by the offer shown when a plan is selected or by a separate agreement with the business. Trials end on the workspace's recorded trial end date. An expired or suspended workspace may have restricted access. Creating an account or displaying a trial does not by itself authorize a payment.

Every plan covers one workspace. The 14-day free trial is available once for the account's first workspace and starts when explicitly activated; no payment is required to start it. Each additional workspace needs its own paid subscription and is created only after payment is confirmed. Starter subscriptions cost USD $11 monthly, $54 per six months, or $96 yearly for every workspace. Paid plan activation requires confirmed payment or an eligible full-discount coupon.

Paid workspace subscriptions are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled early. Monthly, six-month and yearly subscriptions remain available for their full paid period, including their covered branch access. Another plan for the same workspace cannot be selected or purchased until the current paid subscription ends. This policy applies to first and additional workspaces and to discounted purchases. The separate 14-day free trial remains available as described above.

FIB subscriptions support automatic renewal. You may stop future automatic renewal through the existing payment controls without ending your current paid access. Bank confirmation may require additional processing, and payments already submitted remain subject to reconciliation. One-time card purchases do not renew automatically; after the paid period ends, you may purchase another plan. Closing a checkout that has not been paid is separate from cancelling a paid subscription.

AI Image Generations are purchased separately from subscription plans in USD at $0.065 per image, with purchase totals rounded to two decimal places and no additional tax. These purchases are also non-refundable. One successful image generation uses one available Image Generation. Failed generations do not consume the balance. Remaining paid, promotional, and manually granted quantities must be used or expire before another purchase; pending generation or payment processing can also prevent a new checkout.

Purchased Image Generations expire 12 months after the original payment date. Each purchase or free grant retains its own expiration date, and earliest-expiring quantities are used first. Free grants default to a 12-month term unless a different expiration is stated. A new purchase does not extend earlier quantities.

There is no customer refund-request service for subscriptions or Image Generation purchases. Contact [email protected] about duplicate or incorrect charges, or a confirmed payment that did not activate the purchased service. Financial records and previously recorded billing adjustments are retained for review. Mandatory legal rights are not limited by this policy.

7. Uploaded content, reviews, and permissions

Upload or publish only content you own or have permission to use, including business logos, photographs, menu descriptions, and other media. You retain your rights in your content and give Servonio permission to store, process, display, format, and, when requested, translate or otherwise transform it as needed to provide the service.

Customer reviews must reflect genuine experiences and must not contain unlawful, abusive, misleading, or infringing material. Reviews may require restaurant moderation before becoming public. A published review can display the customer's name, rating, review text, and publication information. Do not include private contact details or other unnecessary personal information in a review.

8. AI-assisted translations and images

AI tools are optional workspace features and may send submitted menu text, prompts, or reference images to the configured external provider. Use them only with content you are authorized to share. Avoid including customer information or confidential material that is not necessary for the requested task.

AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for publication. The business is responsible for reviewing translations, food claims, images, and other generated content before using them. Generated material is not a guarantee of ingredient accuracy, food safety, or exclusive intellectual-property rights.

9. Acceptable use and access restrictions

Do not access another person's account or workspace without authorization, bypass permissions, misuse QR or session credentials, disrupt the service, submit fraudulent orders, distribute malware or spam, or publish unlawful content. Do not use the service to infringe another person's privacy or rights.

Account access or published content may be restricted to address misuse, security incidents, invalid permissions, workspace status, or operational requirements. Owners remain responsible for managing their team access. Service availability also depends on internet connectivity and external providers.

10. Workspace deletion and service changes

Deleting a workspace removes normal access to it and may lead to permanent removal of its operational data and media through scheduled maintenance. Deletion is not a promise that all related account, security, audit, or financial records are immediately erased. Owners should retain any records they need before deleting a workspace.

Features may change as Servonio develops. Restaurants should maintain a practical fallback for taking orders and recording payments when the service is unavailable. Sign-out ends a session; it does not delete an account, order history, or workspace.

11. Questions, mandatory rights, and revisions

For menu, order, delivery, payment, or restaurant-account questions, use the venue's contact details shown on its menu or provided by the venue. Workspace owners should use the Servonio contact or support channel provided with their workspace or service agreement for platform questions.

These terms do not remove rights or obligations that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Revisions will carry an updated date and version. New workspace registrations record the accepted terms version; revising this document does not rewrite an earlier acceptance record.
